  • Lessons Learned - The MEFLI has compiled a list of "lessons learned" identified by local programs in their year-end reports and through technical assistance visits. - (46k, PDF)

Grant-related forms & documents

For MEFLI Grantees who receive grants to fully implement family literacy programs, the following reports are due on January 30th and again by June 30th of each year of the grant.

For MEFLI grantees who receive planning grants, the following reports are due on January 30th and again by June 30th of each year.

New Planning Grant Budget Summary Form (21kb, PDF)

A Budget Adjustment Form must be completed by any grantee that wants to adjust its budget by more than 10% in any line. Prior approval by the MEFLI Director is required.
